ahahahha get it

So I came up with a species idea last night drunkenly falling asleep after board game night and doodled them and they're cuter than I thought shit.

Beeds are little itty bitty bee creatures who's stingers are needles at the end of a long thin tail. They are a bit of an annoyance to craftspeople, since they get into sewing supplies and steal beads both for their queen and their own collections. Some gather whatever beads they can find, collecting a mismatched abundance of beads that fill up their whole tail. Others are pickier, waiting to find the perfect beads or matching them as a fashion statement, keeping only a few at the end of their tails.

They will sting if threatened or scared, but this isn't the best idea, because most times their stinger gets stuck in whatever they sting and they'll lose their tail grip on the needle and all their beads fall off and fly everywhere and it's a bad day for everyone. A beed without beads will get super distressed, it's mostly a comfort thing, though they can survive without them.

I might want to tweak their design a bit to incorporate more sewing elements because I forgot about that while sketching this and idk i miiight make some for sale or trade depending on interest/time/my attention span but I just wanted to get this brainspew out of my head \eue/
