I uploaded a slightly bigger version — since it's square it doesn't lend itself to modern wallpapers well. XD
I tend to keep it around 900-1100 pixels tall when posting on the web (mostly so most people don't have to scroll past huge images... FA doesn't have as many display options as a place like dA does) — with Patreon I'm currently working on, I'll have images twice as large as what's posted here. :)

Meh, just extend the fading into solid black a bit more then fill the empty space on the mat with said solid black. I'd be so so happy with that. If I had money I'd pay for that, same price as I'd be willing to pay for a custom, one of a kind playmat from
