I'm seriously considering supporting this, I LOVE metroidvania games

I should have a playable demo out in a month or two if everything goes smoothly. You can decide then :) I'm also going to move the project to Indiegogo once the demo is done.

It sounds like you've got a killer idea. I loved what you have in mind and once I look at my funds, I'll decide if I can. Hopefully so, this sounds too good to pass up.

I was wondering, you've noted that her name is going to be Alyssa. I was curious, is it an alternative version of her life? In Alps' tale called Gunbunny her real name is given as Jirasia Kisato, will that remain in the videogame or is she another Gunbunny in a different place... much like the Terminator. The face used for one T-800 is used on the range not just that individual machine. As Gunbunny is a morph in her original tale, would it be similar here? Alyssa and Jirasia are both Gunbunny but each is her own separate person too: they just happen to be made from the same model and series? Or another angle could be, Jirasia is her real name but the crash landing damaged her memory so in flashbacks we hear her named Jirasia but she thinks due to seeing a name tag somewhere, her name is Alyssa and doesn't understand why it is Reese is looking for Jirasia when her name is Alyssa....

Her name will be Aurora, actually. The Alps story was good but I decided to change things since I needed to define some stuff as canon which was not canon before.

Ahh that makes a lot of sense *nods*. I was just curious how you would tie it in with the original. So the game will tell us her true, canon story: who she is and how she got to where she is now... I'm really looking forward to it and Aurora... it really seems to fit her better. Sometimes I name a character and when I find out what the name means it weirdly suits them in some way or other. Thank you so much for replying and now I'm more eager to see where you take her story from here
