Recently I was in a workshop where I wrote a comic about an animal of my choice. Of course, I chose an owl! The thing was, it had to be endangered. Apparently short-eared owl populations are declining sharply in a lot of areas... which only made me more motivated to write this!
The comic is aimed toward younger children who visit an aquarium, but I figured I'd post it in case anyone enjoyed it.
Also, I'm not 100% sure that any scientific information is correct, since I'm getting a lot of conflicting info about what kinds of owls are crepuscular or nocturnal or whatever, and whether yellow eyes are correlated with that... ^^'
I'll be posting the pages of this comic across the next few days as I change my handwriting to digital text.
