Isotope is the twin to Neutron, as Neutron has the neon atom on them as a cutie mark, I thought I would use the periodic symbol for neon on Isotope so I played with it and used NE?¿ instead of the actual number.

I forgot to add it to Neutrons final submission, but Dutch Angel Dragon's and Angel Dragon's are copyright of Ino8977, the lineart for the designs belongs to LyLykainion Nastusia.
