Tupper, as a childling, was a Troll antagonist from oWOD Changeling games I ran. An NPC who gave me endless amusement.

He recently went through a change of heart however as he became a wilder, and now is a boon companion to those who find him in his garden and know better than to step on his Snapdragon seedlings.

I realize his skin isn't blue, I am no stickler for book conformity, especially in the Dreaming.
