I've had to play booth security a few times for a few artist friends. Usually, they have lucked out and gotten a corner booth...so, I stand on the very end to keep it unobstructed and kind of just shuffle people out of the way

And then the booth is unobstructed.

At this year's Anthrocon, the lady next to me had a flock of people who would spend extended periods talking to her (I'd say like 25% of the day, each day). Instead of blocking her table, they blocked mine :p Kept telling them to move but they kept drifting back. Obnoxious :p
