Okay, actually, I just checked again, and found that the first source that I checked wasn't entirely correct. Even though Angel Falls is definitely in the Orinoco Basin, it's not actually on the river itself. Turns out that it's actually part of a tributary chain leading to the Orinoco River from the Auyan-Tepui Mesa in Canaima National Park.
To be specific: Angel Falls is on the Kerepacupai Meru River, which is a tributary of the Churun River, itself a tributary of the Carrao River, which empties into the Caroni River, finally forming a confluence with the Orinoco River just north of Guyana City (which has its own points of interest, but I've rambled on long enough as it is).
Of course the last time I really researched this was when I was in middle school, some fourteen years back, so my recollection is probably a bit hazy...
So, to sum it up, do to this slight nagging feeling in the back of my mind, I checked if what I said was entirely true. It wasn't 100 percent correct. Even though Angel Falls is in the Orinoco Basin, it's not right on the river itself. It is on a tributary of a tributary of a tributary of a tributary of the Orinoco River. Sorry about that...

I had checked several sources for the information I did use in the chapter. I fully admit, I may have missed a detail or two that was not included in Boobby's 'report', but remember, Bobby's only 12 so he isn't gonna get ALL the details anyway, What kid at 12 does, ya know? Heh heh.
