This is a picture I did a year ago for a local art show. The title of the show was 'Class of 84' and they wanted art based on movies that came out in 1984 (a dynamite year for movies, in case you're wondering).
Gremlins is an old favourite, to the extent that I have a little bird named Gizmo. This is actually a heavily edited digital painting. My original drawing looked a lot less poppy and graphic and had a more painterly feel.
