Batterflies are cheerful, friendly creatures which can often be found fluttering about in great swarms. Generally fairly small, the largest species have wings about the size of a human hand. Their many diet is fruit and nectar, which they extract from flowers with their long tongues, but they're also very partial to a sweet treat of fresh honey. Always colourful, no two are alike! Their markings are always symmetrical.
