I think it looks great! BUT PUT SOME PANTS ON YOUNG LADY! So inappropriate all the time... *sigh*...
^w^ Anyways, lovely art, and effective underwater background. I've always wondered, do otters hold their breath, or have some magical breathing system like fish? (Although I'm pretty sure otters don't have gills. I may be wrong, my otter anatomy isn't too good)

And damn, there goes my awesome theory....
One little bit of critique; I agree with WarMock about the bubbles, but that's not what I'm getting at. I noticed something a little off about her nose, and then when I looked at it properly, I noticed something really strange. It looks really pixellated or something... Just doesn't look right. Did you do that by accident, or purpose, or what?

Hah! Nice. And it's nothing major or anything, and doesn't REALLY have to be edited. You could always say it's part of the style or something? I only noticed it because I like to look carefully at peoples artwork, and also because I was looking at the face due to Warmock's comment about her looking depressed. I'd say more bored...
First thing that stands out - I love the sorta "meh" look, as if this were a daily swim commute to work or something. The flow and grace of the body definitely make the underwater aspect believable. Of course, goes without saying for me that I also like the bit of toes showing. :P Nicely done Nylak.
