Our towns new Dictator......I mean Mayor Musuko has instituted some new rules regarding punishments for minor crimes. Murders and such will still be sent to prison but petty criminals will be subject to the new public humiliations. Those who litter, vandalize, and other crimes that effect the community will now be paraded or bound in public for all to see as a warning to other delinquents.

I don't know about the others but I was caught urinating in public. Under the new laws I was placed in a strict chastity cage, diapered, paci gagged and attached to the chain gang that was to be led around the neighborhood for the day. This punishment is already bad enough so I would hate to be one of the delinquents sentenced to time as a public toilet.
