The bottom one's expression is a perfect example of what scientists have come to know as "Grump"

Now, there's many types of "Grump" but in this case, we're seeing an advanced case.

The top one, not entirely understanding exactly what the word annoying even means, is just going to keep pushing and pushing and pushing, until the grump tension snaps, and the bottom one runs off with all the toys, needing to be educated once again, about the importance of sharing.
