If... if I could make a suggestion? Maybe make the light surrounding the saber just a little more dense. It makes it look a little more fierce, a little more... intimidating.

Nice. Very cool outfit, while still looking Jedi. I hate that Lucas decided that the Jedi uniform should be based on that of a desert hermit.

I love everything about the way this came out, great job! The background and little details on armor are perfect. I did a study on lightsabers a long time go (Long nerdy story :P) and I was surprised to find that they aren't actually a solid line of color. Rather, a white bar with a colored "aura" type outline.

The saber needs to lose the border around the beam and add a highlight down the center. It'll make it look a little more real. (Sorry, not very subtle when it comes to criticism.)

Other than that, AWESOME PIC!

This said, I am a casual Star Wars observer, and did a lightsabre in the best way I knew how. I may change it. :3

For help on modles for drawing lightsabers, try looking through YouTube for videos like "Art of the Saber" and the RVD (Ryan Vs. Dorkman) series. The RVD crew used to metal lathe their own saber handles too and both videos, as well as Art of the Saber, has great fight coreography.

Very nice robes too. A bit reminiscent of the "Jedi Robes" costume you aquire in the game 'Force Unleashed' and one of my favorites.

Just for future reference the light saber should technically be white with an orange glow. Like SL said, if you have photoshop then the best method I know to make a lightsaber is to make the "blade" out of a pure white shape. Then and a light orange inner glow, make sure to leave some white, and an orange outer glow.

But the lightsaber is wrong. To make look like one, change the saber part to white and then just leave the glow.
