Yes it's Little foot from The Land Before Time movie from 1988. This movie and An American Tale were the first movie's exposing me to anthropomorphic talking animals. At that time I never new of the furry fandom when I watched both these movie's but I enjoyed them.
I found this in a yard sale in my neighborhood, when I saw this plushy I had to get Little Foot. X3
