I know there's people out there that's been waiting for me to draw more balloon stuff like this. I've just not really drawn anything to completion recently. (Plenty of sketches at travisuped.com/art/?C=M;O=D; though.)

This is actually really old. It started off as a "color-me" (And I'll re-up it if anyone wants), then eventually I experimented and did this. I kinda like it.
