It's about that in a modern world, two lonely people could be very close to each other. Even write about to somebody right now and don't meet each other still. Because of they are all in their devices.

While I obviously can't speak for them, for me...I dunno. The real world just doesn't have anything too interesting. Online I have a wealth of information at my fingertips and the ability to talk to someone miles away. Plus it's easier to communicate online for people - you can pick your words more carefully, see what you're about to say before it's too late to take it back, etc.
I agree with this. I cannot communicate my actual feelings and thoughts when I'm speaking with someone face to face. When I'm writing or typing however it all seems so much true to what I want to express and it's always been a fantastic feeling. The world comes off as a frightening, dull, and stressful place that has little if anything to offer most of the time. Online however I can write stories, play games, share ideas, and talk and kindle friendships with people who live half-way across the planet from me.
A lot of people go on about how the internet and interconnection is bad, but that's honestly a load of bunco. It's a way for anxiety and stress ridden individuals like myself to actually enjoy themselves and connect with others in a way that simply is too unfulfilling and unpleasant face to face.
