You guys know Manic from the cheesy as fuck Sonic show, Sonic Underground, right? I figured what an anti version of him would be, based on Archie rules with Scourge and Sonic. Pfff, he's apparently a drug baron with the widest drug ring and the most influence in the city that even the cops can't touch him. He's not above murder, and he owns a fancy bordello where the girls who work there basically were 'confiscated' after having dabbled too much in his drugs.

Did I mention he basically captured an alternate version of Mephiles to act as his butler? And have I also mentioned that he likes to make people sign contracts to work for him?
