Holidays are the bane of my waistline.
The urge to just lie in bed all day (which has always been unusually strong in me anyways) becomes utterly, even oppressively, irresistible when you can actually get away with doing so. The fact that I have started to attract (strangely, it seems, in tune with how weight I've put on) quite a few friends who seem unusually generous towards me, being apparently more than happy to bring food straight to my bed at any hour of the day, doesn't exactly help either.
I most have put on a lot of weight already this summer… I honestly can’t tell, the indulgent laziness is keeping my mind from allowing itself to be occupied with much of anything beyond the instant-reward of eating… but I do worry … does it show?
