Wow! That sucks! Not only can there be sellers that are scam artists, even buyers can be scam artists too. When a buyer refuses or makes excuses to avoid the payment, that makes the buyer a scam artist. That's a really a shame he would refuse to pay you for a fursuit or something. Don't start building a fursuit until you are paid in full, and that you're always working on each one the minute they're paid for and that there's a reasonable deadline that you can finish without too much delay.

Yeah, and still why wouldn't someone want to pay you like he promised he would? I'm sure he's probably using his financial drawback as a crutch. If he couldn't afford anything, he shouldn't have tried buying from you. Plus, nothing's worse than a buyer manipulating the seller to lower the price or in other words blame the seller for his/her financial drawback or wishing he/she had the money for it. At least you found other people to sell to to make up for this guy's terrible excuse.
