I've also heard 'Anubi' used as a plural for Anubis, like when a historian describes that there are multiple statues of Anubis.
And just to teach some new stuff to people, the canopic jar heads represent the four sons of Horus, so the jackal headed one is actually Duamutef, not Anubis (Anpu). While Anubis would have taken care of the mummification process, the four figures would have protected these crucial organs that have to be removed from the body because they would have disrupted the mummification process (i.e. they wouldn't have dried properly and instead rotted the body from the inside out).

I can't believe I literally saw a almost one to one painting of this exact picture in a desert cafe in central Istanbul, it's even on their website hhhhhh
