Sin has to keep his operation quiet. Wattson has to keep the streets clean. A relationship born of convenience has blossomed into a full friendship. Wattson provides Sin with a hitlist of crooks his police force is overburdened to bring in off the streets, and in return, he turns a blind eye to the fact those poor souls are never seen nor heard from again. Sometimes they meet to trade lists, and sometimes just to trade stories, with a cold Hamms beer in hand.
