I have quite a collection of specific paints, markers, and pens to get not just the UV effects, but a large variety of colors as well! (It took me close to fifteen hours of research and searching to find non-toxic options suitable to what I needed so I'm a little hesitant to give out all of the information. :P There's a set of five Sharpies that's readily available from most retailers and I can't recommend them enough if someone's looking to get started. :) )

That's quite alright, no specifics needed, I was mostly curious if it was just some fancy kind of pen or not. :) My general knowledge of pens is pretty much "here's a plain one for writing, here's a sparkly one full of glitter". :D
