White Shadow sketch dump: number eleven. I've officially been posting these for a year now (and I'm only up to 11?! lol)
This one's all about Felicia and a redesign of her sneaking suit that I'm working on. This is the 5th version of her suit and I'm hoping that by the time I'm done with it, I'll be able to finally settle on this as her final suit design. This one's incorporating a lot of the things I feel have been missing from the previous designs - namely the 'tech-ninja' feel.
I'm also thinking a lot more about what sort of materials the various parts are likely to be made from. I have it that the majority of the suit is a neoprene-spandex weave, much like a wetsuit. In theory it should keep her nice and warm and not restrict movement while remaining snug.
Like Violet, Felicia now has the wrist and leg bracers for defence. Felicia's wrist bracers also have a context sensitive tactile display in them, much like the Nokia Morph concept phone (Google it, it's awesome). I'm still yet to design them in detail.
In the bottom right corner is a colour test I did before working out the other details. I'm wondering though; should I make the goggle lenses green instead?

Whoa, your designs make me think about "masamune shirow" concept designs i got about ghost in the shell equipments and characters, maybe because are similar kind of equipment of these soldiers on appleseed or such (still, i never seen an anthro wearing those, now i do =D=D=D !!!) =3=3=3
You have a great design here for that tecnho ninja look. I like how you design the vest and the skin tight bits around the arms and legs.
The design looks pretty solid here man, but I think you should consider adding more ninja weapons to her outfit, like throwing knives, throwing stars, maybe some hacking and lock picking tools of sorts. Depending on the type of tech ninja you're going for I would think she would need more gear than just some capsule devices and a phanny pack X3.

Oh, of course :) I still need to design the rest of her gear and work out where it all goes, so this outfit is still rather work-in-progress. I'm trying to keep a lot of the design clutter-free too though, so I can draw it repeatedly with ease for a comic or animation :) I'll probably have to strap some things to her legs and arms.

I would think they would keep them somewhere where they can grab them and throw them in a short amount of time, like along their forearms, belt, maybe their legs.
If you want you can do some cheating with the equipment. Since she's a tech ninja some of the equipment can be small and compactable to fit on her gear or inside her pack. I say play around with some ideas where the equipment would go and what is its priority of use: Throwing weapons, hack tools, etc.
