Penelope's family originated from Berlin Germany. Before she and her twin Brother Chester were born their parents moved from Berlin to St. Louis, Missouri. Soon after that Penelope and Chester came into this world. Like Chester, Penelope learned to speak both English and German fluently, as well as her brother. The odd thing is, she and her brother don't have the German accent.

Personality wise, Penelope is kind like chest, however she is a little on the tough love side. Unlike Chester, Penelope is a lot more bold than him. She is not intimidated by people as easily as chest is. She is often concerned for Chester due to his cowardice. Unfriendly types beware, Penelope has a nasty temper that makes her very violent towards those looking to stir up trouble or discomfort.

Penelope often checks on her brother Chester from time to time to make sure that he is doing well. Aside from that, she is a singer for special events, like parties and such for friends and family only. She is Chester's inspiration to wanting to become a singer himself. Her dream is that one day her brother can live his dream as well as have a family of her own.
