A tip for if you don't have that brush: just draw a small sparkle, perfect it and copy it so you can transform that copy to make it look smaller, bigger, whatever. If you have done that, do a few other and randomly space them on the part where you want the sparkle to be. You can even add a few dots to look like super tiny sparkles. Hope that helps ^w^

Oh my, the sparkels in the first pic, the bathtub one, look amazing! It's just the right amount, imo. The sparkles on the wine are indeed a bit much, but if you were to shorten the length of the sparkle (the arms? Idk how to explain it XD) and randomize those, even have a few without, it would look a lot better.
The second pic is really nice! What I would suggest is to sharpen the tips of the sparkles some, right now they seem to have the same thickness, not in all of them, but a few that stand out more (e.g. the ones in the purple hair and the one on the eyelid, they stand out from the others and thus people will see them first). They're not bad! Not at all, I would just suggest sharpening them and making a bit more neat so it give a finer and neater look (instead it feels like it was rushed?)
