Just another WIP of something I'm workin' on, in celebration of Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver~ (Well, this is more two pictures than the last submission. I just decided to put them together for this; I doubt I'll submit them together in the final version.)
I love Lugia. X3 It's amazing. I'll be so happy to have one again in SoulSilver. Ho-oh, though, I am not too crazy about. However...I very much love how I did it here. I love its beak, which was fun. I dunno why it looks so angry, though.
Lastly, let me offer these glowing words of praise from
Rasasha: "OMG HO-OH DOESN'T LOOK LIKE CRAP."
