I'm guessing that's a thrip, or thunderfly here in .uk as they tend to appear before summer storms. They get everywhere! If you google "thunderfly in screen" you'll find some suggestions from complete disassembly to using a suction cup to gently create a gap between the layers of the screen so they fall down. I've not tried either as the one I have isn't in a very irritating place.
