He's a lesser contract demon.
He basically goes around and makes deals with people and once he does his part of the deal he gets whatever the person owes him then goes on his way.

Goes by He/Him.
Powers. He has very minor /minor/ wind, ice, and fire powers. Like enough to cause breezes and make you kind of cold...
He can teleport and shape shift with little energy lost though.
So that's impressive.

He is currently locked in his dog form though. Sorry Maxie.
