Luna's little son Moon Dust is a tired little prince. Good thing she gave him a comfy cotton swab to sleep on. He's just too cute.

I think it would be great if the show would include a baby alicorn boy who is a runt. (And with the power of friendship from his friends and family, he can perform far more than his tiny body will otherwise allow. He may have advanced powers -- but it is usually only on a miniature scale.)
If you'd like any help, just let me know! I think I'm pretty good at writing scenes for a screenplay.
I really enjoy exploring the vulnerable side of masculinity -- letting men know that masculinity does not equal invulnerability (and that the thing between their legs should be a constant reminder of this). Since Season 8 of My Little Pony, this theme is being seriously explored, with Sandbar -- according to my first impression from my brief research.
If one of the alicorns gives birth to a male alicorn, I think he should be a runt, so that the little Prince feels dependent on the mares to lift him up -- and truly gets the message that friendship does not equal power.
If it is even possible for a male alicorn to exist (it is undocumented as of now), then I imagine the privilege is to go to one who has no problem being the mares' kind little boy -- one who wholeheardedly embraces the matriarchs as his guardian angels. (If I am to be the masculine equivalent of a feminist, I must not fall to the same hunger for power that many feminists have, in their desire to imitate men. I would say many bronies are the masculine equivalent of feminists -- and that some of their prayers have been answered!)
