Couldn't for the life of all my music and games collection find Hare or Tiger of the Wind. Guess I had rotten luck. Well you could always try and ask your friends for a music CD or game that has him, there's a list over at Gamefaqs that shows what disc had which monster.

That's Hare, from Monster Rancher. It was a game on the Playstation that allowed you to insert a CD which it would collect data from the disc to form a monster, some CD's giving better results then others (must be a disc that the PSX hardware can read, such as a music CD or another PSX game). It was also made in to an anime series. Genki finally gets Monster Rancher but upon trying to play it, he gets accidently transported to "their" world and when told about how Disks work, he tries to use the Monster Rancher disc he had and obtains Mochi. The series had 3 seasons and one of Genki's team-mates is Hare. The series is moderately entertaining considering it had to contend with Pokemon and Digimon in the lime-light.
