I know it looked fully colored in, but it isn't. I Fill-Tooled and it looks like crap up close. XD
Anyway, a WIP for Belle! I later mentioned that she has the "Jolly" personality on her ref sheet and that "you know what THAT means >:3".
I literally drew this after the ref sheet, I was on a Belle kick. I also drew a full picture, but that's ALSO in the coloring to finishing stages...
