Oh, the BBQ sauce we made was awesome, sweet, tangy, with a bit of a spicy kick. I would like to hit up Texas one day and sample some of the famous BBQ I've been hearing about.

Hmm.. You must've made the Thai version of BBQ which Texas BBQ is not.

Our BBQ is lean, rich, and very hickory smoked tasting.

Yours sounds really good though.. It almost sounds Tennessean to me instead of Thai.
