Then there's her strong point - her speed. Unless she spends a 'lot' of time in them any footgear will hamper more than it helps her.
I can see them wrapping their footpads as they do their hands, but I don't think we'll be seeing any of them in combat boots!

She's never been a true thief. Sure there were times in her life when she had to steal, but she's not a trained thief. She was primarily a ranger. And she doesn't wear footwear because she's a Suthay Khajiit, so she has digitigrade legs with paws that are suited for not wearing anything. She prefers it that way.
