The dragon seem to find the charr familiar for some reason, or perhaps they are of similar souls, and their behavior match, which might be the reason the dragon give the charr the look of "You seem failiar to me". I don't know where did I read this line before, but I clearly remember that I did.

Gorgeous! Wow, the detailing on both of them is incredible - SO many scales to render out. O_o I love that even the paw-pads on the dragon have a ton of detail (and look soooo nice too, at that).
Yeah, there does seem to be some interesting similarities. Perhaps long, long ago, an ancient dragon got a bit frisky with a now-extinct giant cat of some sort and charr were the end result. :P Whatever the reason, the charr are one amazing looking race, and OH so fun to play in-game.
