Here's a toast to the guy who showed us that the finer things in life aren't always fancy. A guy who was just as happy (more likely happier) eating at some no name, hole-in-the-wall is some 3rd world country, as he is at some hautey-toity 5-star French place. Delightfully sardonic without being snooty. Sarcastic and classy at the same time. Tony showed us that all you need in life is good food, & great company, no matter where it might be, and always, in the most unlikely places.
