Keep in mind, I'm not a full blown supporter of the new TMNT series. Actually I'm one of those that had a strong disliking to it.

I will admit the designs are starting to grow on me. It's just the voice acting I find cringy in my opinion.

So for fun, back in February on Facebook, I posted the sketch of this and I said it would never see the light of day on any art sites. Now look what I did.

And yes! NiNi is a tortoise in this! I mostly did this because since she originally could not swim as a turtle - I figured maybe it would be better explained that she would turn out to be a tortoise. This is also why she this time has longer and sharper nails.

Plus it was kind of funny making her bigger because she was not as toned in the other stuff.

So um... y-yeah. I'll admit I had fun with this one. Maybe I'll draw her and the others - who knows.
