My fursona, Jonty Ruffner. Despite the lack of signature, the artist is  the-furry-railfan and I thank him heavily for this ref.
He is a magic user, specializing in Chronokinesis, but regardless of magic, his hands will glow as shown in the ref. Only when using Chronokinesis, will both his eyes change and his hands glow. I haven't finished fleshing this out yet, but I do hope this works well enough.
