The Christmas season was in full swing inside Patrick's home. Patrick, Mikey, Roary, and KIM all were sitting in the living room while the snow fell outside. There was a conversation going about current events when all of sudden Roary shouted, "Guys! Who wants to go outside in the snow!?"
The other three stopped and looked at the green dragon with confusion at first but then realized what she said. Patrick nodded with excitement, "I like that idea Roary! How about you guys?"
"I'm in!" agreed Mikey with a smirk.
"This wolf is ALL about winter" mused KIM.
The four got up and put on their outfits or had something on them to keep them warm. Their outfits were as followed: Patrick was in his winter blueberry jacket and white buttoned shirt with a red scarf made by his blueberry bee friend. KIM wore her dark blue shirt with part on the top. She also had a dark grey jacket with a red and white scarf. Her ensembled finished off with black sweatpants. Roary had her light blue sweater on with blue jeans. Lastly, Mikey had on his favorite classic 71 Violet suit with a red belt around his body. They stepped out in the beautiful white wonderland that laid before them. The snow had stopped falling with everything coated in the white stuff. Patrick then asked, "Hey does anyone want to do a snowball fight?"
The others looked at Patrick with excitement as they agreed on that. It was decided that the men would be one team and the women in the other. What the other three didn't know was that KIM had a something special to surprise them. KIM poured a secret concoction on the snow and made a snow ball for herself and Roary. She looked at the dragon and said, "Aim for the black hedge first."
"You got it KIM!" Roary exclaimed ready to hit the boys hard and fast. Patrick and Mikey got up from behind a snow bank charging at the girls with snowballs. The girls waited for the right moment and threw their snowballs at Mikey. The snowballs hit the hedgehog at both his face and chest. As Mikey threw his snowball at female team, he realized something was different about him.
"Hey Patrick.....I feel...funny?" he said confused looking at the wolf. His face started to turn blue as it went down his neck and into the suit. Patrick gasped realizing that his teammate was blowing up.
"Goodness me Mikey! You're turning to a blueberry!!" he exclaimed as he looked past him and at the girls. "Say what gives? You guys cheating?"
Roary was just as shocked as the other boys were except for KIM who was giggling. She went up to the bluing hedgehog and Patrick with a smile.
"Well, this is special liquid my friend Ashia made. Poured on an area of snow, it makes it become contagious with blueberry juice that will affect an individual who touched it."
Patrick was amazed how it was possible but knew of the sheer outside box antics Ashia had with blueberry inflation.
"That's unheard of! This is something I've never thought was possible!" he said in astonishment. Mikey on the other hand had fully turned blue. KIM added,"However, the effects of said process of blowing up will be slow. So here's how I see it: the team who becomes blueberries and can't throw snowballs loses."
Roary's eyes shimmered and smiled from this rule stating, "Now this is even a better snowball fight!!"
KIM poured the liquid in the snow as it secreted into it. All the snow around where they were standing was tainted with KIM's concoction. The guys and gals readied themselves with snowballs. The flurry of weaponized snow began as Patrick threw the first shot behind their snowbank. It was then the Roary and KIM decided to charge them with both men throwing their snowballs at KIM. They pelted the female wolf with lots of snowballs as the effects of tainted snow were evident. KIM started to turn blue and slowly but surely a *GURGLE* was heard. Roary hit Mikey who in turn started to swell up.
Both blue mammals were hit with so many snowballs that their bodies' growth picked up in speed. Each snowball made them bigger and bigger. KIM's chest inflated largely under hear dark blue suit. Her black pants stretched nicely as her body started to round out. As for Mikey, his inflation was quicker due to the pelting of berry KIM and Roary's teamwork. Patrick decided to use his teammate as a large shield. The green dragon even did so as well with the round KIM. Both blueberries sat there as the juice sloshed about inside. KIM smiled and giggled through her bloated cheeks she was handed a snowball. Her flapping paws could still muster enough strength to throw.
Patrick gave Mikey a snowball. He then went out and ran towards KIM. The wolf didn't realize with all the snowballs being thrown that his body was bigger. His belly sagged as it sloshed. Roary was also in the same boat as well. One of them had to win this fight. Win big or go home. Patrick stepped out and ran at KIM. The green appeared with snowballs thrown at the running wolf. Who would win? Well, that determines if you think KIM and Roary deserve to win or Patrick and Mikey. You decide folks. This the narrator signing off.~
