Ooh, I'm sure he'd probably be really floaty like Ness and Sora. Really good recovery but very light. Final Smash would be transforming into Vampire Lord Lowen for sure. Neutral B is probably a dark projectile. SideB is probably a command grab that causes him to drain HP and add to a blood stock gimmick. UpB is probably a spirally drill fly move. DownB is probably something that cashes out the blood stocks and does...something! Unsure.

I like the idea of a blood stock gimmick, i could suggest something for it
Down B would be a move that consumes what blood stocks he has and enhances the speed of Lowens attacks, basically meaning that to maximise the value you get from him you always need to have blood stocks available
