Personality: Cheerful, outgoing and bubbly as well as empathetic, Xebe is a very loyal friend to have in your arsenal. He's strong willed when it comes to what he cares about, but will very easily cave in to his friends' desires when announced.
Body: (Build, tattoos, peircings, birthmarks, etc) Very lanky and thin, a little below average muscular structure. Nothing special about his body besides his antenna, wings, and 'bumble', which is striped.

Background: Xebe is the youngest of eight, and not very used to receiving gifts of new things. He's gotten hand-me-downs all of his life. He's been sheltered by his older siblings for so long that he's maintained a type of childish innocence about him, though by coming to the PCA, he's slowly emerging from his shell and finding out new things every day. He's the fourth from his family to attend the academy, but his older siblings have all graduated except for one brother.
Other: His goggles are almost like a security blanket for him, so don't take them away!
