As a Navy vet myself, I LOVE the expression~ HOO-YAH!

I don't know this outfit, I just followed the references I was given and the commissioner approved it

Aside from the neckerchief being short and stubby, which I didn't mind, that's all correct. Full dress attire is medals & warfare device on left breast, ribbons without medals on right, the medals are in the correct order too. Nam, Expeditionary, Nat. Defense, Global war on Terror. Ribbons, both gun qualifications and Sea service. Left shoulder rating badge. Wasn't visible in any of the references I provided because I knew I wouldn't need to, command name rocker on right shoulder as well. Requested the dolphins not be silver as that would indicate I'm some dirty tech-rate and screw being called an FT, ST, or ET.

Outstanding work! I love all the details and, reading the comments, the fact that everything save for the short neckerchief are accurately done and placed in the correct order. Well done!
