Chaya is an old friend of Lara's going back all the way since grade school, and much like Lara used to be she has always been a bit socially awkward and tended to hang out more with the prey species rather than her own kind. She still is a bit on the awkward side today, but she has improved quite a bit since then once she started going to the gym together with Lara. She is still a bit nervous around Lara's friend and roommate, Charity, but she has opened up some now that she has gotten more used to her and is actually starting to like her as well even if Charity tends to be a bit short with her at times.
