Bodysuit for  trevorthebluesquirrel! Client is taller than most of us here so I'll just have to hope he gets some photos of everything together sometime. :) The tail was a bit of a feat- part of the armature is an inflatable toy to reduce weight. Armature accessible via zipper so it can be inflated, deflated, or repaired as needed. The tail is anchored to the bodysuit at the shoulders with a button + loop, removable for storage and travel. Finally, the attachment point at the shoulders is reinforced with heavy canvas fabric to prevent the fur from stretching out. It looks like a really simple design but honestly it took a lot of creative engineering to get it right!
