A light rain covered over the city as he walked silently through the lit up sidewalks and foggy bridges. His head filled with what-ifs and could-be's as half the city slept through his doubtful slow stroll.
Will this path hes venturing towards lead him to his goal, to his wishes. Distant memories spring into his mind of a family he barely knew and customers that gave sympathy. His heart ached at everything, like a cold spot in the middle of it all.
The car passed by and drenched what little was left dry, seemingly clearing his mind from a hangover with a chilled bath.
He headed towards the neon lights through the misty city. Whatever he was thinking about didn't matter, a goal must be chased after straight ahead.
