Dr. Mazzer, Maz for short, is opening a new mobile clinic practice, or so he claims, right around the corner from you, at all times! He'll talk a bit game but honestly is more of a professional masseuse that does indeed seem to make a lot of house calls. Also the doc has a pretty air tight (ba-dish!) liability waiver that he somehow gets all his clients to sign, for those more exotic and unorthodox massage and deep sensory deprivation sessions.
Cops haven't been able to pin him down because of that damn waiver and he's always on the move with his medical sling bag. Scott here is one of the first clientele, and we're waiting to read his review of the doctors treatment!

How does he go about obtaining chemistry and hematology specimens? He’d at least need a baseline reading of said analyses before he can recommend the proper treatment for his client’s current condition!...not saying he isn’t good at reading a pulse or giving a good hug, that is XD
