Well, the head does look a bit small in comparison to the rest of the body.
However
I think it suits him just perfectly. For the simple reason of an actuall crocodile/alligators head being rather small too. It looks very much like a real croc/gators head, so I think it matches just fine, in other words :-P
You could try for a larger head in a future drawing, to better suit with the proportions of the rest of the body. However this one suits actually well and I wouldn't call it a mistake or anything.
