So with the realisation that there is a Tribble floating around in the new Star Trek movie, along with the standard squee of geekiness from my hubby, I was asked to make a "Khyle Tribble" for him. Boredom swiftly followed that up with a tiggy-striped "Nova Tribble".
... And then I saw a little piece of black fur lying around in the aftermath of the first two Tribbles' creation. And "Jr" (the little black one) came into being while watching Max Payne.
I sense my Tribbles will have the same problem with "breeding" that the ones in Star Trek have... There are so going to be more some day! Good thing my hubby's not a Klingon... xD

Wow. These are so fricking cool. Out of curiosity, about how much would these run?
I couldn't commision one immediately (as hey, I'm out of work), but one of my closest guy friends is getting married and he's a major Trekkie. Matching his and hers Tribbles would both amuse and freak out the Klingon in him.

Regarding commissions of Tribbles though, if I were to ignore the possible copy-right infringement, I'd probably say £5-10 depending on the complexity of the pattern. However, due to the potential repercussions of profitting off someone else's intellectual property... I don't know that £5-10 would be really worth it for me. =/
