Brazaw here is a type of monster called a Demia, a type of monster with a level of psychic abilities that allows them to enter the minds of sleeping beings and feed on energy from the negative emotions of other creatures, like fear or guilt. They can be regarded as Boogeyman/Dream Demon type creatures. Brazaw likes stirring up those fear, manipulating dreams to bring up fears for him to feed on. If he does a good enough job, he could even kill someone in their sleep.
