Well, at least now I can chip at him with False Swipe and snag him eventually. Since they run away in one turn, he's more or less permanently snoozing now, so I already have an edge in nabbing the jerk.

2: He's asleep.

3: LOTS of Quick balls (NOT fast balls! Quick balls that have a x4 capture rate within the first 5 turns of a batle)

4: MASSIVE PAITENCE!!!!

If you have something with the "suction cups" ability it can't use roar to run away. Like Octillery. Or Cradily.
